The Soul Reaching Out

I’m very spiritual have always been.  I’ve always felt like my soul has a specific purpose and my connection to life, especially animal’s runs deep. I’ve spent most of my life being ridiculed for my beliefs.  Despite it all, I am devoted to supporting people to be the best they can be. It’s not a job.... it’s a way of life.

“I was born like this.”

What I have learnt, over the years is that when it all seems to go wrong, it’s normally on a catastrophic level This. generally means ENOUGH! You cannot carry on as you are. 99.99999999999999999% of the time it’s because the person is not in touch with themselves on a spiritual level.  They are ignoring important elements. We can have all the money in the world. The best career, and material objects but if we are disconnected from our soul, it will eventually crumble. It crumbles because it’s the only way the Universe can wake us up!!!!

"Money can't by happiness!"

The Creators

At the end of the day, are responsible for all of our outcomes. We are also the only ones that can choose how we deal with those outcomes. Traumatic events are inevitable but when they happen, we have two choices. We can loose our minds or we can research and learn. There is always a deeper meaning to what happens in our lives. Many people don’t believe it, but collectively, we are constantly creating our own Universe.  The mind creates miracles but just as quickly, also creates chaos. This is why, we need to take the time to get to know ourselves and do a bit of soul searching. Not just once in a blue moon, but daily.

Being caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily living, we neglect the very essence of our Universe, which is our mind. Our physical ailments are direct manifestations of our mental and spiritual health. Pill popping and dabbling in unhealthy coping strategies is short term and temporarily numbs the illness.  Sooner or later it will go wrong and we will be faced with the deep-seated issues that we have spent so long suppressing. The way we can prevent this is by adopting a more mindful approach to living.

"Our faith can move mountains" Matthew 17:20

The only way we can ensure a solid relationship built on trust and understanding with ourselves is by actually spending time together. This time needs to be without outside influences, like chemicals or distractions. It needs to be of quality and of just “being.” Mindfulness or meditation, if you’d prefer to call it is this. By taking even two minutes a day, to connect with the present moment and yourself, you are already working on building up a healthy relationship with yourself. What this will ensure, is that when life decides to throw you a curve ball, you will have more strength emotionally and mentally to cope.

You will have more trust in your coping ability and could quite possibly have more control over your stress levels. By doing this, you are taking care not only of your mental health but also of your physical and spiritual well-being. All are of equal importance and they only way you will learn to manage all three, which are effectively one, is by spending time with them.
